My dog is sick mucus build up around the eyes she's losing weight and is not eating wats wrong with her

She has red all around the outside of her eyes heavy breathing mucus on the outside of her eyes and her crap has a black look to it n it smells not like regular crap

Oh my goodness! This isn't a question for an online forum, it's a question that should be asked of a vet ASAP. Black stools can indicate internal bleeding and is an emergency situation, as is the labored breathing. Get off the computer and get her to a vet as soon as you can. Take a stool sample with you, if you can.

All those signs are indications something serious is going on - if you have not gotten her to the vet yet, do so IMMEDIATELY - a 24 hour vet if after normal business hours, or she is likely to die due to your neglect !
