Question DetailsAsked on 10/21/2016

My new kitchen granite was visibly cracked and glued before installation. Can I expect replacement?

The cracks are on either side of the sink, the stone is granite.

I certainly would not pay for a cracked countertop - at least not without a major cost reduction. And if they refuse you can call their Bond to have the work redone by the bonding company.

And I would do an appropriate Review on the company AFTER all is said and done.
