Question DetailsAsked on 7/29/2020

My sunken living room keeps flooding, I have French drains water still comes in if it rains hard

This isn’t the first time that this happened, we put in a pool in the backyard and they didn’t properly install the French drains right. I redid the drains and extended the drains down the yard. We put gutters up. Thought that would work but it didn’t. It rained pretty hard tonight and the water came in. I’m really at my breaking point. I have flower beds outside with river rock in them. Is it possible to fill those in with concrete, would that fix the issue. Obviously we have to keep the gutters clean as well. But I’m lost. Any suggestions would help
