Handymen is the Search the List category for this - and be sure he is taking steps to confirm the fasteners are going into studs, not just the drywall or backer board behind the surround or tile, so it will carry your full body weight when needed.

In some installations, especially with longer bars, it is sometimes necessary to remove some tile, or come in from the back of the wall (especially with solid surround panels) to install bracing or blocking for the mounting bolts to go into.
