You need a rodent extermination company, not a pest or insect extermination company. Search with google or your yellow pages for local ones, then Search the List (in green banner bar) for their reviews on Angie's List.

Generally, rabbits will move out pretty quick if you fill in their hole daily for a week or so - also, putting strong soap like Fels Naptha or a pot pouri bag near the hole entrance or spraying the entrance with Windex (ammonia) can cause them to leave pretty quick. Other people have had luckk with garlic and hot pepper mixes, chili powder, or wolf urine applied near the hole and in the underdeck area. Of course, consider whatever you put under there may waft into the house and proch area too, so don't get too csrrried away with the rotten egg and milk mictures, for instance. Ortho also make a deer and rabbit repellent called Deer B Gone that, according to comments, works well.

Once they are gone, fill the hole in with rocks, then close up the space they used to get under the deck with metal screening stapled to the underside of the deck edge board and dug into the ground at least 1 foot and backfilled with cobbles or stones.
