Question DetailsAsked on 8/25/2015

Need specific medical services, yet all that pop up are general providers.

How do I specify specific vendor attributes that I want and what to type in your query concerning what I DON'T want?

In a normal search one might say "mechanic" AND "diesel" NOT "automotive" to get a list of diesel mechanics that work on engines other than in cars. Your search engine commands aren't obvious, not to me anyway.
