Normal solution, depending on how much your handicap limits your mobility - handicapped accessible cab to your vet's, probably combining if possible with annual checkup/shots appointment.

Other possibilities:

1) call Vet - they be able to have a tech come out and do it. Would be a good idea to have them show you how and buy clippers yourself if physically able to do it in future and you think cat would tolerate you doing it yourself or maybe with a friend helping hold in a towel while doing it

2) call your vet - they may send a tech out to pick up cat, take in for clipping, bring back (for added charge of course). In cases 1) and 2) emphasize your handicapped status if that limits your ability to take cat in yourself.

3) if you have a friend/caretake who can handle the cat, put in carrier and have that person take in for clipping appointment and bring back afterwards

4) hire a pet sitter to take cat in to vets in a carrier and bring back. You might even be able to, especially if you have a regular pet sitter, have the sitter learn from the vet how to do it and then come to your place to do it in the future as needed

5) if you have a friend who can drive you, have them drive you to/from appointment for clipping, maybe in exchangae for a thank-you of cookies or coffee gift card or such
