In addition to many Dog Groomers doing this, you could also ask your vet if they know of a good at-home nail trimmer.

Or have your vet show you how to do it and buy a good $20 or so guillotine trimmer and do it yourself - we found the key was a good guillotine trimmer and rolling the dog on its back and straddle it so you can stretch out the paws and see the quick - MUCH easier to avoid cutting into the quick that way. We quickly got to point where the complete job including dew claws (easiest to do them with dog on its side with declaw pointing up) was done in less than two minutes, so no trauma to the pet.

Or take the dog for a mile or more walk every day - many times that will wear the claws down so they don't ever need trimming. And good exercise for you and it and also makes the dog much less rambuctious and bored at home.
