Question DetailsAsked on 12/15/2019

Our plumbing company dug hole to access pipe and put dirt fro large hole on neighbor’s new yard. Who’s responsible?

It was a large hole and dirt pile approximately 3-4 ft. High. Covered plants and they tossed rocks dug up on their new landscaping as well. We were not home at the time as we were having the whole house re-piped. Should the. O tractor be responsible? The re-pipe job is not done yet (another story), how should we proceed?

The Contractor should correct i all. However, if he doesn't you should, and take the conractor to small claims court. That said, you have some leverage as the job is not complete.
