Hi,

This is James W. in Member Care. I'm happy to help!

I apologize for any inconvenience, but that is not the situation. on 11/29/2014, you signed up via the website at 5:29pm EST for a one year subscription to our Basic Plan. That is normally $9.99, but it looks like you entered a promo code to get a 30% discount, thus bringing the total to $6.99. I apologize if this was done unintentionally. That would actually come out to $1.26 per month.

I wanted to clarify and give you that information. If you'd still like to cancel and be refunded, we'd be happy to help you with that. However, as Answers is a public forum, it would be best to email us at memberservices@angieslist.com so that you aren't discussing financial information here. We're open weekdays from 8:00 am - 9:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ET. Thanks!
