Note the elastomeric and silicone products (former is generally longer lasting and more watertight when older) are almost impossible to clean up if you go wild with them - so work very controlled with them, and use wide masking tape if needed to limit spread-around. As with all roofing sealants on panel/sheet roofs,, work far better if the seam can be reasonably opened up and the sealant applied in the seam then sealed back down, than if just smeared on the surface.
