Polaroid 42" UHD 4K screen appears cracked on the inside is this a fast cheep repair model #de416t1n4au-pa4

Bought tv used worked at his house very carefully and softly moved to my house hardly and movement at all to the tv now when I turn on at my house for the first time it looks like a hammer hit the middle only when on. Parts of the bottom of the screen looks fine just midway and up is all distorted and crazy colors.

Possible this is a loose connection issue - but usually that make the whole screen go wacky. Would take a TV Repair guy to tell for sure - but if the screen itself got pushed against or hit something or bumped into the side of the car or such in transport, then could be the screen is toast - which is commonly about half or more of the replacement cost of the TV for that size range.

You can find a LOT of previous similar questions about damaged screens in the Home > TV Repair link in Browse Projects, at lower left with some comments on typical costs. Be sure before talking with a repair shop that you know the price of a new equivalent TV - because it is not uncommon for newer TV's to cost little to no more than the repair on on older one as the price of TV's keeps getting driven down by box stores. It is not uncommon today for a few year old TV to have cost twice or more what the current model for the same screen class does - plus remember with a new TV you get probably a 1-3 year warranty with it, so don't overspend on a repair which might have only a 30 day warranty, and on the repaired part only at that.
