Purchased a coupon from a company that now tells me they do not work on my AC type.. How do I get a refund?

I bought the coupon for AC checkup but Precision Air says they do not service my type of AC. How do I get a refund for my purchase? How do I find out if a company services mobile home air conditioners before I purchase their coupon?
