Purchasing a Big Deal and additional costs once the service provider actually sees what is involved.

if i purchase a big deal and the service provider determines additional work is needed over and above what the big deal is worth and i do not want to pay for the additional work; can i cancel the big deal and get a full refund?

If no work has been done, you have to contact Angies List member services within the 30 day refund period. Or use the coupon for what it covers if the additional work is not integral to that work, and get it done later, if separable work scope.
