That takes heavier duty sewing machines than normal - I would check with local drapery shops, and maybe sewing machine stores locally to see if they can give you a name. THis assumes you have specific fabric in hand you want used - otherwise, FAR cheaper to choose fabric and and buy factory-made from JC Penney or Sears or online source or such - they will custom-make inthe and fabric you choose, including valences and such if desired, quite a bit cheaper than custom sewing is likely to be.
