Seriously? I need to call someone just to change my address and location of services I'm looking for??

Why isn't it just a simple update of my address or click of a box. I can't believe I have to contact someone and this can't be automated.

It looks like you have already emailed and have been helped, but I just wanted to follow-up and apologize for any frustrations. Any market transfers (moving from one city to another) need to be done on our end to ensure you have access to the correct area.

If you’re within the same city, you can update the contact and billing information associated with your account anytime here . After signing in, select “Manage My Account” under the “Account” drop-down menu. You then have the option to update your email address, telephone number, mailing address, password, and billing information.
