Question DetailsAsked on 8/5/2014

Service provider was listed as offering senior discounts but had no memory of that, so what does one do.

The provider was suprised that he was listed as offering a senior discount and it is questionable as to whether of not he will honor that statement. He could not name the age range for senior. What can the consumer do?

Here is a prior question on senior discount age from AL - age depends on provider -

Certainly 65 or older, some use 55 or even 50 for "senior" age. I would say show him a printout of the listing that shows him giving a senior discount andtry to get him to honor it - if he does not, then perhaps he is not the contractor you want, and you should choose another and leave an approriate review.
