Sounds like you need the cabinet modified to fit a microvent (microwave with built-in venting) - so unless it is just a matter of putting in holes for the ducting that is more than a Heating and A/C (HVAC) contractor would normally do. Sounds like you need a Remodeling - Kitchen and Bath contractor, or because the job is quite small, maybe a small General Contractor who does house fixups for sale and minor remodel tasks - could be listed under Remodeling or Handyman, but be sure to discuss the job if you get a Handyman to be sure you are comfortable with his ability to do the install without making a botch job of the cabinetry.
