Sewer/awful smell from vents when heat is turned on. I heat with oil. Who should I call for service ?

A few days ago, I had a contractor fixing steps inside the house by the kitchen entrance not sure if that had anything to do with it but same night an awful smell throughout the house when the heater came on. Next day i poured baking soda, vinegar and hot water down the drain 3x in one day so when the heat came on the smell was still there but not as strong as the first day but still very overwhelming. I called a HVAC plumber and he had no idea because he never smelled anything like it after i told him i did my own research he flushed the sewer line connected to washer. That didn’t do anything! Kitchen sink and bathroom make gurgling noise for quite some time now. Is this an issue w sewer gases? I don’t have a septic system. Thank you
