Site development cost + how to find the contractor?

Probably a loaded question. We have been buying + flipping for quite some time, but now getting into new construction. We've never had to develop a 20+ home neighborhood (1.5 acre lot) - like put in roads, utilities - basically infrastructure and site development.

The current lot has trees on it, utilities on main road. We don't even know really where to start. We have hired an engineering firm that will help us develop the plats for subdivision and all the necessary paperwork. That cost we know - at least the range.

The big question for us is the site development - how much does it cost and how do we go about finding the company that will be able to tackle all these items like (and pardon my lack of proper terminology) roads, fire hydrant(s), light post(s), swales, storm water pond, grading, tree clearing, water / sewer connections, sidewalk, and so on. May be these are separate companies that handle each of those aspects - if that's the case, what goes before what.
