Well its simple, your dealing with a serviceman that is so busy doing the service,they don't have time to answer a call at the moment! I have voicemail that way I can get back to them when i get time.Sometime I can even do the service the same day! But I myself prefer email that way I aways, have the history and the customer and I can communicate when convenient. It limits the customer from finding a contractor by not replying! Opps, call coming in!
