Question DetailsAsked on 12/23/2015

The review I wrote for Elite Renovations shows up as a non-member. I am a member and would like that fixed.

I have been a member for many years. I am not sure why it does not show up as a member review. Was it something I did or didn't do?

Hi,

This is James W. in Member Care. I'm happy to help!

I apologize for any confusion caused or for any inconvenience. Are you referring to your review of Elite Renovation Corp that was submitted on December 11th of 2015? If so, that review has certainly been posted as a Verified Member Review and is showing as such on our end. If you were referring to a different review, please let me know. If you are still seeing it designated as a non-member review, would you be able to attach some screen shots to your reply so I can better understand the sitauation? Thank you, I appreciate that extra step.
