Question DetailsAsked on 5/31/2015

The trees planted by our landscaper are dying and she won't return our calls. What can we do?

We hired a landscaper 18 months ago to plant three trees. Six months later, we noticed two of them were in really bad shape, so we called her twice. She said she drove by, saw them and thinks they'll recover. She asked us to send her some close up pictures, which we did, but we got busy, called a few more times to follow up and never heard back from her. This Spring the trees looked even worse, so they obviously did not recover. My wife and I have called her four times now and haven't heard back. We really like/d her, but the trees cost us $1,000 and they are meant to provide screening from our neighbors so they are very critical. Any ideas on would be greatly appreciated.
