Trying to decide between Pella windows including installtion or Anderson windows

Trying to decide if a quote of $1595 for a Pella double hung 450 designer wood window (approximately 32 by 30) which includes factory stain, insulation as a new construction window( not replacement!) and inside interior trim is outrageously priced or a reasonable price but high. Other option is to buy Anderson 400 from quality lumber store and have my carpenter install them. I would then have to stain window and trim. Also, the Pella windows have the Argon gas. Anderson did not but were $385 per window. Both had good U values and included vinyl or aluminum clad on outside. Both windows are tops on Consumer Reports for wood windows, Thank-you
