Angieslist Marketplace has been out of action since early this year, and no definitive statement has been made about whether or not it will be revived, so no help there - Craiglsist I guess ofr privately offerred used cars.

Your Search the List category would be Auto Sales, in the Auto area.

When you find a candidate, or are looking for the reasonable value of particular year and model, edmunds.com and kbb.com are probably the two most trusted sources for that info. You would be looking at the Retail Value, which is what would normally be paid for it by a buyer. The Wholesale value is what a dealer would normally pay an owner for it, they would thenmark it up to the Retail value.
