WHY CANT I TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP ONLINE

I HAVE MOVED TO A NEW CITY AND STATE AND WANT TO TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP. I NOW LIVE IN TUSCALOOSA, AL 35406. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ME CALL THE NUMBER YOU HAVE LISTED AND STAY ON HOLD. SURELY, IN 2015, YOU HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY TO TRANSFER ONLINE. PLEASE ADVISE. IF UNABLE TO MAKE THIS SIMPLE CHANGE I WISH TO CANCEL ASAP WITH REFUND FOR REMAINING MEMBERSHIP. THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. CERTAINLY HOPING YOU CAN FACILITATE.
