Water and sewer tie in for a small community

It has 50 homes in two groups. One group is 500’ from road and has four rows of 5 about 60’ apart. The other side is close to road , the first house is 50’ away from road then they go in a long line down to the river Only 8’ apart. Grade is flat but does run down from the road. No idea how much for a ballpark to get this started. Any ideas would be great. There will be Grants and additional funding.
