Do NOT spray down firewood with very flamable fluids!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It might not be seasoned well. Dry it out raised about 1 ft (chain-link fencing polls are great) and stack them in single rows so that the air can circulate through the SPLIT wood throughout the summer.

I don't know what type of bugs you are talking about but the above with help. Please disregard the first posting for your own safety and your house's.

The safestway to kill them on contact without contaminating the wood is to spray themwith a solution of 1 part dishwashing soap to 10 parts water. This must besprayed directly on the roaches and will take several days to work.

Or you couldjust do nothing and inspect the wood thoroughly before bringing into the house.
