We own two homes. Is year membership for one location only?

If I want to look for services near Summit County instead of Lakewood, can I do so with my one membership?

Hello, this is Kiel with Angie's List. Apologies for the delay in response. In some cases, when two locations are not located within the same market, it is necessary to add an additional city to your subscription. Usually for between $10 to $20, you can add another area to search in, which is convenient for people with homes in other cities or relatives, etc.

For more information on these two locations, you'll want to contact our call center at 1-888-944-5478.

Call center hours:

Mon-Fri: 8:30am – 8:15pm ET
Sat: 8:30am – 3:00pm ET

Thanks so much!

I am upset as I was not told when I purchased the premium membership for some work that it was only good for 1 location. That was my second home in Altamonte Springs, FL and now I have returned to my home in IL and can't get any help in this location. Also, almost consdering contacting the BBB to report this issue. If this is the membership rules then I should havee been told that it was there policy.

This is really inappropriate not to let the purchaser be asked of made aware of this sitation. Apparently, I am not the only one who has had this same problem.
