Hi there,

This is typically a yes/no, true/false question when a service company is filling out their company information when they register with Angie's List.

Companies are generally added to Angie's List two ways: 1. When a consumer submits a review or 2. When they register for their free profile through the Angie's List Business Center.

When a consumer adds a company to Angie's List via review submission, Angie's List follows up by trying to gather as much info on the company as possible, including warranty information. Companies can also append their profile info on Angie's List at any time. It appears in this case that when the company entered its details about their warranty policy, they submitted "warranty: false," which means a company doesn't offer a warranty.
