What is the average price per sq ft to hang and finish drywall in san francisco? level 4 and level 5 pricing.

1500 sq ft condo, 3 bd 2 ba + ceiling

It'll be on a higher side, given your area etc. You could easily be looking at $50-85 a sheet hung and finished.


Is there any "easy" way to get 4x8 sheets to the condo? (or 4x10s, etc) That's going to very much affect your costs.


Note: you'll need 5/8 drywall for the ceiling. If it were me, I'd use it on the walls too, except maybe in the bathroom. It's only slightly more expensive than 1/2" drywall but far more sturdy and stiff.
