Best in my opinion - Clorox Urine Remover - one of the Clorox Professional line products, but available at many/most WalMart, Target, OfficeSupply, Sam's Club, Costco, Lowe's stores - and Amazon if they will ship liquids to your area.

Or a couple of capfuls of chlorine bleach like Purex or Clorox bleach in a gallon of water to disinfect, then baking soda and Dawn (liquid dish soap) in water for scrubbing the stains. Use old toothbrush for the scrubbing - NOT metallic brush - or for larger areas get a grout brush from box store or building supply place or Amazon or such - about $5-10 depending on how fancy the handle is. The ones that look sort of like a shoe-buffing brush with integral handle are a LOT easier to use than the toothbrush shaped ones for larger areas.

For routine bathroom cleaning - normal bathroom tub and tile cleaner.
