Myself after reviewing their BBB rating (on a Ohio LLC company) would be to give them a pass. It is fairly easy to maintain and A+ rating and this company has only an A.

Jim, remember that the BBB's rating system was debunked by ABC news last year. Companies that paid for membership got better scores instantly after doing so. My own company's score went from an A to a A+ after I joined and I've never had a review or complaint with them. Instead, always read the reviews when available. They are still a good source for that. There are several review sites out there now so check out as many of them as you can. Also, read responses by the company.
