What is the cost to construct a masonry wall, concrete block, per foot,

Need to continue existing wall approximately 15 ft. Block is natural concrete 15 x 7 x 4. Wall is four block high, plus cap. Some minor digging needed.

$6-12/SF is normal range in many areas, assuming you are not getting tied up with any utilities or drainages that need relocating. Masonry is your Search the List category.
