What's the cost to have existing concrete slab removed and replaced it with dirt and sod. Size: 98" width by 22' L.

Depends a lot on your accessibility - does removed concrete have to be wheelbarrowed out of yard, use a bobcat, or drive truck basically right to the slab ? Can roughly double the cost if a lot of handwork is needed to move those 4-5 tons of concrete plus a few more tons of topsoil and sod, so your job might run about $5/SF complete in ideal conditions, or as much as around $10 or possibly even more depending on your situation.
