Aluminum gutters typically cost about $5-10/LF, figuring gutter and downspout length total. Aluminum typically towards the lower end, steel $10-12/LF.

I would question if you really need 6.5" round gutters - unless trying to match a certain architectural - most gutters today are either trapezoidal U shaped, or K-shaped (like this) - " target="_blank">http://images.gutterhelmet.com/images...

I had trouble even finding a source on the web for 6.5" half rounds, so be careful what you ask for - it might needlessly increase your cost.

If you go with aluminum, demand 0.032" thickness - any aluminum is flimsy, but at least with the thickest commonly available yoiu have a chance of it surviving some freezing or a ladder being leaned against it. As you can probably tell, I recommend factory-painted steel if you want metal, though in my opinion and experience, RainGo vinyl is longer lasting and cheaper both.
