Assuming you mean 50 square feet, not 50 lineal feet times 2-3 feet high - if you meant the latter, labor cost per SF probably would decrease by 20-25% or so from what I gave because you are getting into more of a wall tiling job than a backsplash with that much square footage.

Well, your tile is about $7-25/SF from discount box stores - up to $20-50/SF for higher-end products like true Moroccan or Spanish imports or real silver / gold gilt edged or such.

For installation cost (incidental materials included) low end for simple horizontal installation probably about $15-20/SF assuming you are using mosaic sheet, not individual pieces in that size - for individual pieces or an angled or distinct pattern with different individual tiles more like $20-50/SF installation coast (not including cost of tile) - so bottom line probably about $22-45/SF complete with ordinary store-bought mosaic, or with higher-end tiles or diagonal/special pattern or fancy higher-end imports or such, more likely around $40-100/SF, complete.
