What does it cost in labor to build a permanent 19×12 wooden awning on an existing house

No shingles, just the framing and 1/2 in plywood on top

Here are a number of links to other previous similar questions with answers, including some cost info - for a metal prefab unit labor would typically be 1/3 the total cost, for a stick-bult wood one probably closer to 50-60% labor.

You said no shingles - hopefully that means you intend to do them yourself, not that you intend to use bare plywood or just roofwrap or such to cover it, because that will only last a couple of years in most areas.

And note - you are talking a roof not an awning here, so almost certainly need plans from an Architect or Structural Engineer to be able to get a building permit and for the bidders/builder to bid to and build from.
