Typically about $35-75 for the switch itself, though up to around $150 on some models. Labor should be minimum service visit charge - typically about $75-150 depending on area.

Normally (though not with all brands) a simple DIY job if up to light electrical work - unplug, remove back panel, remove timer switch mounting screws (usually through front plate under pull-off knob), then swap wires one at a time from old to new switch (so you don't lose track of which goes where - there can be up to about 20 if not in a unitized connector), put new switch in, insert mounting screws, put on knob, plug back in and go.
