What should it cost to replace a few cracked concrete (Spanish style) roof tiles in Orange County CA?

There are no inside leaks. 2 story house, normal roof pitch. Roof is about 13 1/2 years old.

The tiles themselves, depending on and size and such, typically run about $5-12 each, on up to $20-40 range for the 3 foot long arch tiles, and up to $70 or so each for pattern imprinted fancy edge tiles.


Trip charge (which should cover replacing just 2 or 3 tiles) probably about $150-200 - if your "few" is more like 10 or so maybe #200-300 labor/misc materials cost, plus the cost of the tiles themselves. Reason for high initial trip charge is I doubled it assuming one trip to check out issue and see exactly what needs to be done, then second trip (or come back another day more likely) to get right replacement tiles and then come back and actually do the replacement.
