What dose it cost to Replace Insulated duct in a 1300 square foot house with seven vents?

We are replacing it because we are buying the home and want a fresh start with the duct work. We are also going to get a clean and sanitizing of the furnace and all vents as previous owners were smokers. we are looking in Dallas county.

Below are some responses to similar questions FYI - but if this is something you are counting on as part of the ownership cost of the home, you should get several FIRM bids good for at least several months after scheduled closing so you have a good number in mind for what it will cost you - because the cost varies radically by area and etween contractors,, both because of varying labor costs and also because some contractors don't like redoing ducting so will give you a pretty high price.

Oh - BTW - the reference estimates are generally for bare ducting - so if you meant insulated metal ducting probably add 10-15% to the ranges.
