What does it mean when a gas range displays E1-F3

I tried to bake in the oven and it didn't preheat. I noticed it was soiled and I programed the self cleaning oven and it displayed E1-F3 on the monitor

The E1-F3 fault code is indicating a shorted oven temperature sensor probe. The oven sensor probe will need to be removed and disconnected from inside the oven cavity and tested with Ohm meter. The oven sensor probe should have a resistance reading of about 1080 ohms at room temperature. If the oven sensor measures around the 1080 ohms, the sensor harness could be shorted somewhere between the oven sensor and where it connects on the oven control board.
