I always suggest using a licensed, insured moving company even for simple moving labor. This protects you against any claims if a worker gets hurt - becuase the company should carry workers compensation insurance. Also you will be protected from property damage as well. Some people decide to simply hire cheap labor and yes you may save a few bucks but peace of mind is very valuable. You can search for good movers online and then do some more checking out of their credentials, ask them by phone call, etc... Good luck!
