Hello, this is Kiel from Angie's List. The green ribbon signifies that the provider won the Super Service Award for the previous year. The Super Service Award is given away each year to the providers in each market that have met our standards of excellence and are among the highest-rated providers in their category. Since the number of providers in each category differs from market to market, the exact credentials for earning the reward are based individually for each category.

Thanks so much!
