What is the best product to clean shower caulk and tile grout without damaging those materials?

I have a standing shower with a glass surround, and ceramic tiles. My cleaning lady cleans the shower with a diluted chlorine bleach spray, but she has managed to strip away the caulk at the base of the tile. It has been only a year and half, and we noticed water seeping out of the shower and making one corner of the exterior wall discolored with mold. Our shower installer diagnosed the issue upon inspecting the problem. He noticed all the caulk at the base of the tile inside the shower has been stripped away. This allowed water to seep underneath the tile, and leak out behind a wall. We are going to dry everything out, clean up the mold, and re-caulk. But what do I tell my cleaning lady to use when cleaning the shower? She had been using diluted bleach, but I think this contributed to the caulk disintegrating, and she then scrubbed the caulk away. What is the best product to use that will not disintegrate the caulk, but will get the shower clean?
