Question DetailsAsked on 1/11/2012

What happens if you purchase a discount coupon for a service but then decide not to use it?

After purchasing a coupon for roofing repairs, I feel like the company's prices are too high for the service I want.

My company has sold over 500 Big Deals on Angie's List.

Our philosophy is to always do whats best for the customer and If no work has been performed there is no reason not to refund the coupon. Kind of a no brainer.

Request the redemption directly from Angies List and they can square the refunded amount with the provider. Angie's List gets a cut of the deals sold - so technically both Angie's List and the Company are refunding a portion of your purchase.
