What is a reasonable cost to remodel a laundry room that will go from 8x 5 to 8x10-building an addition to the house?

The addition will require obtaining permits, framing a new section, preparing footing, laying a concrete slab (foundation) on the outside of the home, electrical rewiring, plumbing to relocate water lines for washer and electricity for the dryer, exterior door to enter from the outside, steps for the exterior door, siding and roofing for the addition, sheet rock interior and insulation, installing recylced cabinets, installing wall cabinets and base cabinets about 30-36" high and one full length storage closet, built in utility sin. We are considering installing under the counter washer & dryer or stackables-not sure at this time. It may be necessary to rehang an existing door that leads to the garage in order to allow for space for wall cabinets on the interior wall.
Painting and doors. Relocate exterior lighting to the addition.
