I would not pay by the hour - pay by the job, which is well-defined here. Otherwise you just invite dawdling or skipping areas. Also, if you think hourly cost, you are goingto end up with some high school kid in a beater pinto with a 1000 psi electric pressure washer and 100 foot extension cord in the back, not a professional who has a prayer of not damging your siding andof actually knowing how to (and not to) do it.
