What is a reasonable wait time for an aluminum patio cover install?

On 5/6/15 I signed a contract with New-Scapes, a Sacramento based landscaping company to install a 10' x 20' patio cover in my back yard. Install to be within 4-6 weeks of signing. I'm at 11 weeks and no cover. The owner has repeatedly blamed the cover manufactured for delays due to demand. Any recommendations on how to handle the situation? BBB gives this guy a good rating, and yelp had no real issues. I'm thinking he low-balled the install timing at the get-go. I've heard he does good work communication is so-so. Thanks...

Should not take so long, also the dealer promised something he should know delivery times of. Also depends on the structure shape and qualities. But if he says 4-6 weeks, he should do it in 4-6 weeks. We manufacture a little bit different product (more of an enclosure and it is retractable-openable) but it is also custom aluminium frame - the time it takes to make it is about 2 weeks. Delivery though takes long, since we manufacture in EU and ship to US. If it is a local company, not meeting 4-6 weeks means either bad logistics or an empty promise. George
