What is the best way to remove cat urine from uphostered chairs or sofas?

Cat has stained a uphostered chair with foam rubber stuffing.

I was able to clean cat urine from a mattress using this product:
ZeroOdorPet.com
You need to spray the area until it is damp-wet, then blot it with towels or old t-shirts. I used old t-shirts, and weighed it down with books piled in a laundry basket. Repeat with dry rags, respray if you still smell anything.
It took a few days to get this done, then I let it dry for a few days with a fan in the room.
We don't smell any urine in the room, even when the weather is hot and humid.
